  • 1 AWG – 9.5mm / .37”
  • 1/0 AWG – 11.6mm / .46”
  • 2/0 AWG – 12.6mm / .50”
  • 3/0 AWG – 13.8mm / .54”
  • 4/0 AWG – 16.2mm / .64″

We recommend our 3/4″ ID MEGA Heat Shrink Tubing (in 1.5″ lengths if ordering it pre-cut) for 2 AWG, 1 AWG, 1/0 AWG, and 2/0 AWG terminals and our 1″ ID MEGA Heat Shrink Tubing (in 2″ lengths if ordering it pre-cut) for 4/0 AWG terminals.
