This Big 3 Upgrade Kit has been designed specifically to accompany our 2015-2016 Chevrolet / GMC Duramax Battery Cable Kits. The cables included in this kit are intended to complement the installation of a high output alternator and are in addition to the ones included in the Battery Cable Kits.

Our 1/0 AWG kit is perfect when adding our Mechman 250A Alternator for your truck. Our 2/0 AWG kit is perfect for our Mechman 320 and 400A Alternators. All available below!

We recommend choosing the fuse as close to the output rating of your alternator as possible. For example, choose the 250A fuse for a 250A alternator.

We developed this kit fully in-house to fit perfectly and offer exceptional performance when upgrading the alternator! We built, installed, and tested our 1/0 AWG Big 3 Upgrade Kit along with one of our Mechman 250 Amp Alternators for the same truck (offered below) in a 2016 GMC Sierra Denali 2500HD! As you can see, our kit allows you to retain the covers on the OEM Fuse Center. Compare the stock alternator output at idle to our Mechman 250 Amp Alternator with our 1/0 AWG Big 3 Upgrade Kit, also at idle. Can you say DOUBLE!?!
