Perfect to replace a worn-out, damaged, or missing assembly. Stock wire size is 14 AWG, ours is 12 AWG. Also, we crimp and solder all of the terminals in the Yazaki connectors. The net result is less voltage drop as compared to factory. These perfectly complement our Battery Cable Kits should you need to replace yours.

All Yazaki Connector terminals are crimped and soldered to minimize voltage drop.
1994-2002 Gen 2 Trucks
Yazaki 8.0mm Female Connector at one end and a #10 Heat Shrinkable Eyelet at the other
12 AWG TXL, dressed in split loom tubing
2003-2005 Gen 3 Trucks
Yazaki Connectors at both ends*

*Some early Gen 3 trucks require the Male to Female harness, while most of the 2003-2005 Gen 3 trucks require the Female to Female harness. The OEM harness is loomed together with the positive battery cable from the driver’s battery to the starter. The connector at the starter solenoid itself is always female. Verify the polarity of the connector up high as it plugs into the under-hood harness to know which you require. See the photos for additional clarification.
