    Used the 4 gauge wire to replace the power wire on my 2005 Dodge Neon. Very beefy wire but still very flexible, and easy to work with. I have not had any problems out of it since. Dodge ran their power wire (looks like 8 or 10 gauge) from the starter, through the fusible link, around the engine block, down under the exhaust manifold, to the alternator. Used this with CE’s Basic ANL Style Fuse Holder with 100AMP fuse, and ran the wire along the firewall. No problems yet. Helped out with headlight flicker from my 400watt amp. Also noticed a bit of a boost in my voltage since the wire has a shorter run, with no resistance from heat.

    Highly cost effective flexible cable. Professionally I use it for all our truck 12V electrical systems. Personally I use it for the Chevelle. In all cases it is the easy to run, flexible and very low loss alternative to welding type cable of the same AWG.
