Description
Either kit includes the following:
- (1) Pre-assembled Harness, loomed in Semi-Rigid Split Braid tubing, and terminated with OEM style connectors
- (2) 40 Amp Hella Waterproof Relays
- (1) Waterproof ATC Style Fuse Holder & 30 Amp ATC fuse
- All hardware required to install it
You absolutely, positively will not have to run to the hardware store to install this kit. How do we know? Simple – because we’ve actually installed them ourselves.

Headlight Relay Kit Extensions
In some vehicles, the battery is in a location at which the harness will not reach both it and the headlights. In these cases, a Headlight Relay Kit Extension is required. These extensions are designed to plug directly into the harness of either the HRK1 or HRK2 to extend the main power lead. No special tools are required to install them.
Each kit includes a pre-assembled extension covered in split braided tubing as well as cable ties for an absolutely neat installation.

I went with quality over price and definitely not disappointed. I added the 9007 Kit to my 1995 Bronco and definitely upped the light output. Very easy to install. Did not need any of the extensions. The wires in this harness are the perfect length for the mid 90’s OBS Fords.

I bought the relay headlight harness for my 92 Ford F-350. The harness works great and does provide more power to the lights. It was a very easy install. ( plug and play) The directions are well written with plenty of pictures. I decide to buy Tony’s Kit because I felt that it was worth the extra money to do it right once without having to trouble shoot a cheap eBay harness down the road. The install was actually enjoyable…

Recently installed headlight relay harness in my 2002 Lincoln Town Car. Have to say. Very impressed. The attention to detail in the connections and the wire loom is outstanding. Headlights are indeed brighter and I am much more confident knowing the LCM is no longer passing the current to the headlights. Kudos. I may be wanting to relocate my battery to the trunk. If so, I will be in touch to discuss options.

Just installed this into my 95 F-350 with the 460. Super easy, plug and play install with no splicing into factory harnesses, so I can return to stock if I ever want to for some reason. Only took about an hour, and that’s mostly because of my OCD. Did this more out of safety, but holy cow what a surprising difference in brightness with the bulbs that were already in there!
Could I have made my own? Sure. But it would’ve taken several more hours to make it happen, and I would’ve had to cut the factory harness to do it. Absolutely amazing harness!
Side note: there was no extension needed for my OBS Ford.

Made My Weak Leds A Tad Brighter (Not Recommended If You Have Cheap Bulbs, Get Something with a ton of watts for best results, pain in the ass to install but thats my cars fault not the harness, only cons i can see about this the ground wire ends are small, if they was bigger you could use existing grounds without drilling holes, another cons is the harness is not really flexable so its hard for cable management but overall really happy with it, now i need brighter bulbs

Installed 9007 Kit on my 1992 F150. Easy installation and lights are much brighter now. I like knowing that my headlight switch has zero risk of catching fire now – this fixed a factory defect AND upgraded the headlights.

This is the solution i’ve been searching for! Very high quality hand made harnesses to handle plenty of power. The 9007 kit fit great on my 1996 Ford Bronco. I can’t wait to see the new light output at night. Wire lengths were perfect and the connectors fit great! I did have to use a drill and open up the ring terminals a bit to get them to fit on the factory ground lugs on the passenger fender and driver core support. A++++++++++
