320A Units make 320A at Cruise and 180A at Idle! This unit ships to you with a smaller 1.75″ diameter pulley and requires a shorter belt to achieve proper belt tension. Offered in a Natural finish. Cable upgrade kits offered below.

Description
The S series of 6 phase alternators offers incredible output in a compact and durable package. Highly efficient, these units use less horsepower than conventional 3 phase alternators. 12 diodes, twin rectifier plates and outstanding airflow ensure long service life, even in severe conditions.

Trucks with A/C – Dayco 5080805
Trucks without A/C – Dayco 5080650
2 Year Performance Guarantee
The MechMan two year warranty applies to Mechman Alternators sold ON or AFTER 07/13/2011. This limited two year warranty allows the customer to return his or her MechMan alternator for repair for a full two years after the alternator purchase date. This warranty does not cover other parts or equipment on the vehicle, and does not cover labor for removal or installation of the alternator. This warranty is VOID if the MechMan alternator is modified, physically abused, misused, improperly installed, or is not used in the application for which it was designed. The MechMan two year warranty is non-transferrable.
