Description

We provide the following length guidelines:

  • 1” – Ideal for insulating our Non-Insulated Terminals and smaller MEGA Eyelets
  • 1.5” – Ideal for insulating splices, and for dressing the ends of split loom and split braided tubing to wires
  • 2” – Ideal for insulating our Step Down Butt Connectors, splices and to dress tubing to wires and wire harnesses
  • 3” – Ideal for insulating splices and to dress tubing to wires and wire harnesses

We provide the following ID guidelines:

  • 3/8” ID – Use to insulate our 6 AWG and 8 AWG MEGA eyelets, splices up to 10 AWG, 8 AWG to 12-10 AWG Step Down Butt Connectors, and to dress tubing to wires
  • 1/4″ ID – Use to insulate 12 AWG, 14 AWG, and 16 AWG splices, 12-10 AWG Non-Insulated Terminals, and 12-10 AWG to 16-14 AWG Step Down Butt Connectors
  • 3/16” ID – Use to insulate 18 AWG and 20 AWG splices, 22-18 AWG and 16-14 AWG Non-Insulated Terminals, and 16-14 AWG to 22-18 AWG Step Down Butt Connectors
  • 1/8” ID – Use to insulate 22 AWG and 24 AWG splices
