This Big 3 Upgrade Kit has been designed specifically to accompany our 1999-2003 Ford 7.3L Power Stroke Diesel Truck Battery Cable Kit.

Our 1/0 AWG kit is perfect when adding our Mechman 240A Alternator for your Ford truck (see below) or for alternators of up to 300A in size.  The 2/0 AWG kit is perfect for larger alternators.

We recommend choosing the fuse as close to the output rating of your alternator as possible.  For example, choose the 250A fuse for a 240A alternator.

    I got my, “Big 3 Upgrade”, for my mechman alternator and it came out great. I just wanted to give thanks for the help and service for your product. I have pictures for the installation and just wanted to say the only issue I had was with the installation picture for the frame ground. It was just the location picture was not clear as where I needed to drill and tap for the ground. Other than that issue, I’m happy with the product and outcome of the install.
